encourage cancer cells to die, making them a potential natural
support alongside regular treatments.

times when i needed nutrition without the energy to juice or make

superfood powder later on and switched from no2 above because,

body’s natural detoxification processes and potentially slowing
cancer cell growth.

to store my freshly squeezed juices.
21. Toilet Bowl Cleaner - click here - I used this to disinfect my
toilet with every flush because I was told that no one should
share a toilet with me for 48-72 hours after chemo.

hydrated. I used at night.

hydrated. I kept in my bag so I had one with me at all times.

chemo. This helped to move things along in a gentle way.

laxative tea i use. I love the smell of this one. It isn’t as gentle as
no23 though.

when I am travelling.
27. Celtic Sea Salt - click here - I put this in water before
drinking to balance my electrolytes and aid in keeping me
hydrated.
28. Mastectomy Pillow - click here - Helped me to be able to
use seat belts after my surgery and also not to graze my sides
with my arms after surgery. This is a must if you are doing a
mastectomy.
29. Post Mastectomy Surgery Recovery Shirt - click here - This
is a must for mastectomy too especially because of the drain
pockets it has and the fact that it’s a front button shirt. After
surgery, you need tops that you can slide your hands in through
the side. you will be unable to raise your hands up.
30. 3pcs Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow Set - click here - After
surgery, you would need to sleep semi-upright. Some people
sleep in a recliner but since I didn’t have one, this was the next
best thing. It’s a must.
31. Drain Holder After Tummy Tuck Mastectomy - Click here -
This is needed after surgery to hold the drains especially in the
shower. It’s a must!
32. Back Brush Scrubber Long Handle - click here - It’s needed
if you wouldn't have someone to help you wash your back when
bathing after surgery.
33. Baking Soda - click here - I was told to use this by mixing it
in water to create a solution and rinsing my mouth with it. This
was to help with the mouth sores I developed during
chemotherapy.
34. Enema Bag Kit - click here - Use this to clear out your colon
if you are constipated. For cancer patients, use with the next
item on the list.
35. S.A.Wilsons Gold Roast Coffee - click here - I used this to
cleanse my liver and colon. This is recommended by Dr Gerson
of the Gerson therapy. He successfully cured cancer patients

amygdalin, a compound that can break down into cyanide in the
body which in turn may kill cancer cells. Not more than 3 kernels
daily please if not it can be toxic.

and blurry vision during chemotherapy.
47. Ashwaganda Mushroom Supplement (Gummy version) -
click here - There is another version I’ve already put above
(no11), a pill version. I was taking it before I found the gummy
version and switched because I am not really a pill person. I use
it to help me sleep at night, help me be calmer during the day
due to the high stress I found myself in. It helped me to not take
out my frustrations on my loved ones.

Mushroom Supplement - click here - If you want an even more
powerful mushroom supplement with powerful anti-cancer
effects, use this one. I also give it to my kids.
49. Mullein Drops - click here - Chemo destroys your immune
system and so, you catch whatever bug is going around. I use
this whenever I was coughing. It’s good for any respiratory issue.
If you are a smoker, it would also help you cleanse your lungs
and you would expel the mucus.
50. Antarctic Krill Oil - click here - I used this to help with
inflammation, joint pain and general wellness. My sister, who is a
Physician, recommended this one.
51. Vitamin D3 - click here - I took this to help strenghten my
immune system & bones which can be damaged during chemo.

52. Vitamin E - click here - used this as an antioxidant to protect
my cells.
53. Vitamin B12 - click here - I used this to boost red blood cell
production. My sister, who is a Physician, recommended this
one.
54. Oil pulling - click here - I used this to help maintain mouth
hygiene especially in light of my bleeding gums and tongue.
55. Mouthwash - click here - same as above. My favorite
mouthwash.
Please note, it isn’t mandatory that you use all the products i
have listed above. Some of them are pricey so you can find
alternative products that are within your budget. Also, if you
recall from my story that I have shared on my social media
handles, my cancer treatment was a total of 15 months so I
used these products at different stages of my treatment. Most, I
still use till this day.
