Since technology is used in practically everything can be done

interaction and instructional impact. As a result, professors
frequently make it essential for pupils to participate in class
activities by keeping track of their attendance.
Additionally, the course's attendance tracking data is included
in the customary grades and helps with the changeover from
the summary evaluation to the process evaluation. The
attendance record, which counts the number of students, is one
of the most important teaching activities in today's college
classroom, and it is also one of the most effective means of Figure 1: Showing the simple use of device

I. METHODOLOGY
Our Main aim of the Project is to design a system which can be

capable of taking the attendance and monitor the student location.
At first we will install python IDE software in the laptop or
computer we can also able to give connection to the wired camera
for the computer for laptop inbuilt camera is available after
opening the python IDE software then upload the code and click
on run button then a pop up window will open which opens the
camera application and the particular student has to verify his
identity by verifying their QR code and face recognition , if both
are matched and valid then the attendance is marked in the
computer in XL sheet with percentage of the student attendance
in case of not valid or potential cheating has been done then the
information regarding the student will be send to the particular
head or Incharge in the form of SMS with the help of GSM
module and GPS is used to monitor the student position in the
college premises the GSM module is connected to the jack port of
the laptop which gives the power to the GSM module. Student is
monitored by with help of his ID card which is made like a box
where it is consist of the QR code and the GPS for monitoring the
student position. After the student is arrived to the college and
scans QR code, face recognition the student is treated as the
latecomer and marks attendance and passes the information to the Figure 3: System Block Diagram
Incharge for the action taken on the student.
The above picture representation of the proposed system
and for the more simplification of process we can put a
System Design: wired camera which is attached to the laptop and one can
start the process at once and camera is place at some distant
so that student can able to see the camera scan the QR code
and marks attendance in fast manner and it can also avoid
potential cheating like student can’t able to proxy inn
classes for attendance. QR Code:

QR code is also called Quick response that the digital
device can scan the QR code just as like bar code it is
provided with a some quantity of of pixels layed in grid type
and it has square type corners nowadays all using smart
phones are having QR readers it is used in marketing
advising when we want to know the information about the
products QR helps us in a life chain QR code is also played
vital role in tracking of the corona virus exposure and IR
restricted the virus grow. Denso wav a Japanese business
man has invited the QR code in 1994 we called bar code as
optical label and it can be read by a computer and contains
data about the object that it is attached in the virtual reality
QR code contains location tracker identify that will take

In this project we are using the GSM which is called as the
global system for mobile communication is used for sending
the sms to the particular person in with the help of the sim
and they are also other certain ways to sending the messages
to the user.

arguments that can be used to run the system RESULT:
The result of the project is discussed in the table form as we
have taken the samples of the QR code and checked for the
time response and how much far they have been placed for
the project result purpose. In the project the statically
treatment can be achieved by the weighted mean it is used to
know the average time taken and the response of the project
prototype.
