Homemade Pancake
Ingredients:
100 gr all-purpose flour
1tablespoon melted butter
2 eggs
300 ml milk
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Mix the flour with the salt into a bowl
Make a hole in the centre of the flour and
add the eggs
Beat well until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Add the melted butter and the milk
gradually, and whisk until you have a smooth
batter.
Leave the batter to rest for 20 minutes.
Put a little bit of butter in the frying pan.
Add the mixture.
Cook until it is lightly golden.
With the help of a spatula flip the pancake
to the other side and cook for approximately
30 seconds.
Slip the pancake from the frying pan to a
plate

pan with butter or oil.
