Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer with expertise in
ReactJS to join our dynamic team.This is a remote position, allowing you to work from
anywhere. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing
and maintaining web applications using the React framework. You will collaborate with our
design and product teams to create user-friendly and responsive interfaces that provide a
seamless user experience. If you have experience with modern front-end development
technologies and a passion for building high-quality web applications, we encourage you to

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into
technical solutions and user-friendly interfaces.
● Design develop and maintain highly performant responsive web applications using
React.js following best practices
● Create reusable components to streamline development processes and maintain
code consistency.
● Optimise application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user
experience across various devices and browsers.
● Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to architectural
discussions to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development,
and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our technology stack and
development processes.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
professional experience).
● 3+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on
React JS.
● Strong understanding of state management, routing, and component lifecycle.
● Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
ES6+.
● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development
workflows.
● Experience translating UI design mockups to reusable production-grade React
components
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
independently.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
● Experience with React Native is a plus
● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
● Passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced
environment.
● Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online presence (e.g. personal
portfolio ) are a plus.
