Position Description
• As a Front-End Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of high-
quality web applications.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging
user experiences.
• This position also involves researching emerging technologies and mentoring junior
developers to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain front-end components for the company’s web-based products.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end engineers to
deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Conduct research into emerging front-end technologies to improve system performance
and scalability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team development
standards.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, and HTML5.
• Practical experience in mobile web performance optimization and deep understanding of
front-end architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one MVVM framework such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular.
• Familiarity with at least one non-front-end language (e.g., Node.js, Java, Ruby, Objective-C,
etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to utilize tools for improving development efficiency and solving
complex problems.
• Strong analytical thinking, a passion for continuous learning, and an interest in sharing
technical knowledge.
• Preferred qualifications: Active open-source contributor (e.g., GitHub repositories with
100+ stars), and fluent English communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation package includes base salary and Targeted Bonus, based on performance
objectives set in agreement with the line manager. Bonus eligibility is not dependent on the
company’s financial performance. Surpassing goals may result in a higher bonus payout.
• Salary reviews occur twice annually, in June and January.
• Annual bonuses are typically awarded in March.
