Companies Act 1956 and it is carrying on its business in various
states of India, including its territorial office at Gadag.

3. I state that, earlier this, present matter was represented by D. Hr

Company through its authorized representative Anand S/o.
Devappa Jadi now, the said authorized representative of D.Hr. has
resigned the company . In place of the authorized representative,
one SHOUKATHALI SAB has been appointed as Area Receivable
Manager and Authorized representative of the decree holder
company.

4. I state that as per provisions of companies act 1956, if any of

authorized representative of the company is unable to sign in
documents and represent before court or tribunal, than person may
be substituted by its another authorized representatives of the
company.
 5. I state that in view of the same Anand S/o. Devappa Jadi, have to be
substituted in the place of SHOUKATHALI SAB authorized
representatives of the decree holder company to proceed further in
the matter.

6. I state that if the accompanying application is allowed no harm,

hardship and injustice will be caused to the other side on the other
hand if the application is not allowed great harm, hardship and
injustice will be caused to decree-holder Company.
