1. Lawyer Rahul Kishnani is withdrawing as counsel for the respondent, Nitin s/o Baburao Raut, in the family court case of Sujata w/o Nitin Raut vs. Nitin s/o Baburao Raut. 2. Kishnani has communicated to Raut via email that he is withdrawing his power of attorney and discharging the vakalatnama to appear in the case. 3. A copy of the email informing Raut of the withdrawal is attached to the pursis filing as Annexure A.
