UX/UI Creativity Evaluation Task

Design a multi-step company onboarding form for a web application where the branding is yet to be
defined. The design should be created in Figma with properly linked interactions to simulate user flow.

Task Details:

Project Goal:

Create a visually appealing and intuitive multi-step onboarding form design that:

Guides users smoothly through the onboarding process.

Focuses on user experience without being reliant on established branding.

Ensures the design is responsive and suitable for both desktop and mobile devices.

Scope of the Onboarding Form:

The form will have 3 steps:

Step 1: Basic Information

Fields: Company name, Industry, address, logo, banner Image,

Step 2: Team Details

Fields: Number of employees, Departments. Industry Category,

Step 3: Contact Information

Fields: Primary contact name, Email, Phone number, address of the contact person

Design Requirements:

User Flow:

Clearly defined steps with progress indicators (e.g., a progress bar or step indicators).

Navigation options to go back to previous steps or skip optional steps.

Form Elements:

Use placeholders, dropdowns, checkboxes, and error validation states.

Interactivity:

Design must include clickable interactions to simulate the user journey.

Responsiveness:

Ensure designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts are included.

Visual Direction:
Color Palette: Neutral and flexible colors that can work with undefined branding.

Typography: Use a clean, legible font for all text and form elements.

Icons & Illustrations: Include placeholders for minimal visual elements to enhance usability.

Accessibility Guidelines:

Ensure text size, contrast ratios, and button sizes are accessible.

Use labels, hints, and error messages for form fields.

Deliverables:

A Figma file containing:

Desktop, tablet, and mobile designs for all 3 steps of the form.

Linked interactions that demonstrate the flow from one step to another.

States for each form element (default, hover, active, error).

A prototype link to share and preview the interactive design.

Evaluation Criteria:

Clarity and usability of the design.

Intuitive navigation and user flow.

Attention to detail in interaction design.

Creative use of neutral design elements in the absence of branding.

Responsiveness and accessibility considerations.

Submission Deadline: 2-3 days after receiving the task.
