“AN ORDINANCE PENALIZING OWNERS OF ASTRAY ANIMALS (CARABAOS, PIGS,


DOGS, GOAT ETC.) CAUSING DAMAGES TO CROPS PLANTED OR DESTRUCTION
OF PERSONAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTIES OF RESIDENTS.”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE SANGUNIANG BARANGAY OF TUPANG,


ALCALA, CAGAYAN, that;

SECTION 1. There shall be imposed the following fees on owners of a stray animals
causing destruction or damages of personal or personal properties.

SECTION 2. Fees

a. For Carabaos, Goats and Pigs – the damage by these animals shall be
assessed and to be paid by the animal owners.
b. There shall be payment of ₱ 100.00 for the caretaker per day not
redeemed by the owner.
c. For dog Bites – the dog owner shall be responsible for the immunization
and travel expenses of victims.

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVITY

This ordinance shall take effect within Ten (10) days of publication/posting in the
Barangay Hall and conspicuous places in the barangay.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
