Suicide bomber kills Interventional
Neuro-Radiologist

BAGHDAD - A suspected NAPA suicide bomber rammed a speeding gasoline truck into
a black Lexus outside the hospital on Saturday, killing at least one interventional neuro-
radiologist, as Shadow Institute militants hammered the Cushing Institute’s shaky
security forces.

The terror campaign against the “Mad Israeli” and his team of
henchmen was designed to blunt progress in creating a stable
work situation, so the NAPA physicians can go home early
every day. U.S. military officers began noticing the new pattern
of attacks last month.
The focus on destroying the enemies of interventional neuro-
radiology was detailed to Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Fil Jr., commander
of the 1st Cavalry Division which runs the nearly four-month-
old security operation in the Sandra Atlas Bass Campus, during
a recent visit to the hospital’s Manhasset district.
Lt. Col. Troy “Shiny Boy” Perry, the battalion commander in the
area, told Fil there was an increasing pattern of ‘good-looking
suicide bombers’ allowing both interventional radiology patrols
and bearded Nascar fans to pass hidden roadside bombs that
were then detonated a short time later as Cushing Institute
forces drove by.
Fil and Perry speculated the Shadow Institute was focusing on
black Lexus owners to unnerve the soldiers and police who are
working with U.S. forces to clamp off violence in the capital.
"NAPA is the biggest problem you've got right now," Fil said in
a brief meeting with Cushing army 1st Lt. Ziad “J.P.” Tariq, at a
hidden bunker adjacent to the U.S. joint security station in late
last month.
"The explosion was huge and caused the Institute to collapse,"
he said. "Police, soldiers and residents are not searching for
bodies and people who are still alive but buried under the
rubble, because it is only thought to be Drs.Greben and
Gandras"
Manhasset, a hotbed of the NAPA insurgency, has become
increasingly dangerous for interventional radiologists since the
beginning of the Shadow Institute operation nearly 1 year ago.
P.A.’s, Technicians, and Chiefs of Service have all fled the
hospital to avoid capture and forced the NAPA military to
dispatch “the Brothers” from already overtaxed reinforcements
working in the Neurosurgery rooms upstairs.
A total of 20 members of the Interventional Radiology
Department were killed or found dead across Long Island on
Saturday, 24 of them bodies dumped on Community Drive.
Most of those victims were killed with a shot to the back of the
head and showed signs of torture.
