1.Introduction

Purpose of the Manual:

This manual provides essential guidance on the operation, maintenance, and


troubleshooting of the MCU Fitment. It aims to help users effectively utilize to identify
the correct part of the vehicle to ensure precision and reliability in the assembly process.

Intended Audience:

This manual is intended for production managers, operators, and maintenance


personnel involved in the Cabin BWT Line. It is designed for users with varying levels
of experience, offering clear instructions to ensure safe and efficient operation.

1.1 Project Overview

The MCU Fitment Poka Yoke system is designed to verify and minimize the errors
in identifying the MCU (Motor Control Unit) for the Vehicle. The main aim is to
enhance production efficiency, improving product quality, and minimizing the risk of
errors in the assembly process.

1.2 Key Components of the System

1. Barcode Scanners:

Purpose: Barcode is used to identify the MCU model.


Functionality: Scans and identifies the MCU model by reading barcodes.

2.Operation Procedure

Mcu Fitment Part Poka Yoke for Different Models, Implemented Barcode
based Part Scanning System. When a vehicle enters to the stage Tower Lamp Orange
Indication Will Glow. Then the operator Scan the Part related to Running Vehicle
Model Part will be Accepted and Tower Lamp Green Indication Will Glow. When the
Wrong part Scanning Part will not accept and Tower Lamp Red indication will glow,
Alert will Generate the particular Stage and Andon Display Pause Code will be
display.
