Dear Home credit customer.


This is a final legal notice regarding your overdue loan account with Home Credit. Despite previous
reminders, you have failed to settle the outstanding dues for the last two months.

Failure to make this payment within 05th February 2025 from the date of this notice will leave us with no
choice but to initiate legal proceedings to recover the amount as per the loan agreement.

This may include:


1.Reporting your default to credit bureaus, affecting your credit score.
2.Legal action to recover the outstanding amount, along with applicable charges and penalties.
3.Additional costs arising from legal proceedings being charged to your account.

You can make the payment via digital modes such as (Phonepe,Gpay).
