RESOLUTION NO. 27 Series of 2024
A BARANGAY RESOLUTION CONCURRING/CONFIRMING TO THE
APPOINTMENT OF PRINCESS FEV S. CLAUD AS SECRETARY OF BARANGAY KANIBONG, TULUNAN, COTABATO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 394 of Republic Act No. 7160, also known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the Barangay Secretary shall be appointed by the Punong Barangay with the concurrence of the majority of all the sangguniang barangay members;
WHEREAS, the position of Barangay Secretary has become vacant due to
the resignation of MS. RECHIEL C. MANALO effective October 10, 2024, as per her request due to health reasons;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Secretary plays a vital role in maintaining the
official records and documents of the Barangay, and assisting in the legislative functions of the Sangguniang Barangay;
WHEREAS, HON. JERRY P. DELLA JR., appointed PRINCESS FEV S.
CLAUD as Barangay Secretary on October 10, 2024 and submitted the same appointment to this august body for review and concurrence. WHEREAS, after thorough study and deliberation, this Sanggunian found that the appointee satisfies the minimum qualification requirements as provided for under Sectio 394 (b) of the Local Government Code of 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Councilor Hon. Ritchel L.
Eman, duly seconded by Barangay Councilor Hon. Jolic M. Galvez and all members present; BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to concur to the appointment issued by Punong Barangay HON. JERRY P. DELLA JR. for PRINCESS FEV S. CLAUD as the Barangay Secretary:
RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this Resolution to all the officials
and offices of the government concerned for their information.
Adopted this 9th of October at Barangay Kanibong, Tulunan, Cotabato.
I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing Resolution which
