Key Responsibilities:

Statistical Analysis:
Apply statistical methods to interpret data sets, ensuring accuracy
and reliability.
Conduct hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and other
advanced statistical techniques.
Collaborate with business units to design experiments and A/B
testing scenarios.
Data Visualization:
Design and create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards using
Power BI.
Translate complex data sets into easy-to-understand visual
representations.
Ensure data visualizations effectively communicate insights and
trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Cleansing and Management:
Cleanse and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and
completeness.
Identify and address data quality issues, performing data validation
and cleansing as needed.
Develop and implement data management best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related
field.
Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and formulas.
Strong statistical analysis skills.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
Solid understanding of data management principles.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
