Description A project whose goal is to address, in essence, authentication of mandates for
debit transactions by accountholders/Payers. Decision is to no longer treat
authenticated early debits as non-authenticated early debits as is currently the
case. The authenticated transaction will be given preference over
nonauthenticated once. In order to implement authenticated collection
compliance, existing corporate payment system (CPS) will be enhanced to
process the post payment processing.
