Class Policies 1. Class Attendance
a) A student with 3 consecutive absences must obtain a re-admission slip from the
Director for student Affairs and Services (OSAS) to be presented before he can be admitted
to class.
b) A student sent on official business by the college to attend athletic meets,
conferences, and other similar cases or who joined approved class field trips will be
considered excused.
c) When student’s absences in one semester have reached 20% of the required number
of hours and the absences are unexcused, the student will be dropped from the class roll.
d) Students who have been ill or/and confined for hospitalization be excused provided
with medical certificate.

e) A student who will be late even after 15 min. will still be accepted in class provided
will be marked tardy.
f) Three (3) times accumulated tardiness would be equivalent to one (1) academic

a) Three (3) examination shall be given per semester as follows: a) Prelim Exam; b)
Midterm Exam; and c) Final Examination
b) An examination permit is required of each student before he is allowed to take his
examination.
3. Proper Conduct
Cheating
First Offense: Automatic grade of 5.0 on subject cheated
Second Offense: Automatic grade of 5.0 and suspension for one (1) semester
4. ID and Uniform
a) Wearing of Identification Card (ID) is mandatory inside the classroom.
b) All students are required to attend classes in the prescribed university/college
uniform (refer to student handbook as to the schedule of wearing the prescribed uniform)
