b) Spotlight.

In many parts of the world, particularly in rural, remote, or underdeveloped regions, access to
reliable electricity remains a significant challenge. These areas often face persistent power
shortages, limited infrastructure, and high energy costs, which can severely affect the quality
of life for local communities. One of the major consequences of these energy deficiencies is the
lack of adequate lighting, particularly in dim or poorly lit areas.

Implementing solar lighting in dim or poorly lit areas is essential for improving the quality of
life, ensuring safety, and promoting sustainable development in communities that lack
reliable access to electricity. Solar lights provide a clean, renewable, and cost-effective
solution that can significantly impact health, education, security, and economic growth, all
while contributing to environmental conservation. Therefore, solar lighting is not just a
technological innovation, but a transformative tool for addressing energy poverty and
enhancing social welfare.
