 Develop a detailed work plan and schedule for laying MCC FOC (Fiber Optic Cables).
 Coordinate with client representatives, site inspectors, and relevant authorities to ensure
project requirements are met.
 Organize and attend progress meetings with the project team, client, and stakeholders.
 Communicate daily task plans to foremen and labor teams to ensure efficient execution.

work against construction program and submission of required site reports in accordance with
project reporting, preparing letters, claims, method statements, handing over the works to

obtaining the required NOC’s.
