meters. The project includes green areas and recreational parks, infrastructure
and two mosques, two schools and a health center, parks and children's
playgrounds, as well as a shopping center.

Project: JEC Baish Corniche Development Project, Jizan Saudi Arabia.
This Saudi Aramco Project include 1.7-kilometer long Baish Corniche linear
Public Park north of Jizan Primary and Downstream Industries City along the
Red Sea Coast, offering relief and health benefits for the local community.
The recreational area, spanning about 280,000m2, offers a sea
view and include five childrenʼs playgrounds, four outdoor gyms, and two large
synthetic turf soccer fields with seating for spectators.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Technical queries and field clarification notes.
Prepare Red line various types of field changes on drawing.
Review the Drawings and find-out the issue in advance, prior to the
commencement of construction at site.
Prepare/Review the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), in accordance with the IFC
drawings.
Coordination with Design Team regarding any design issues OR any further
Construction feasibility as per the Site Condition.
Prepare/Review Two weeks look-ahead construction plan.
Attend weekly Construction meeting/ Management meeting/Quality
meetings/Safety Meeting and Vendor Meeting.
Review Project Scope of work and Contractual documents.
Prepare the Construction Execution Plan (CEP).
Prepare Method Statements.

QA/QC department, and safety Department.
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
Conduct Meeting with Client and resolve all issue related to Construction
work which may cause delay of construction activities at Site.
Supervision of Civil works, lead the Civil Technical Infrastructure Team, in
order to do work in sequence.
Prepare master schedule by compiling up the individual schedule received
from different contractors and suppliers.
Support to the Quality Team, in accordance with the any further technical
queries.
Checking / verifying on site that all the works are going as per latest
approved shop drawings and method statement.
