 Business cards:It will help to increase the network,then it is crucial to bring
business cards to distribute.
 Well designed booth:It is essential to have an attraction booth as it appeals to the
eye.The design should be informative,the furniture should be in order to be able to
emphasize on them.
 Treats and giveaways:Having treats or giveaways may attract a lot of
people.Samples are one of the best products give away.
 Flyers,brochures or catalogs:Reading materials should be given to let people
know more about the business.The reading materials should be in the consistency
of the design.

For the process of the trade fair,we have met a range of general and specific event
regulations that included:

 Responsible service of alcohol:Service of alcohol is highly required,covering


the age of drinkers,opening hours and the licensed place in which alcoholic
would be consumed.A permanent or temporary function license allows liquor
to be sold as functioning as approved by the licensing court.
 Food safety:This outlines specific food handling,controls related to
receipt,storage and processing.
 Occupational health and safety:To secure and promote the health,safety and
welfare of people,promote a safe and healthy work environment.The term
occupational health and safety refers to the concept of assuring that all
workplaces provide a safe and healthy environment for the employees.
 Environmental regulations
 Noise:Police and local government ranges have the power to ensure
that decibel levels and time and restrictions are not abused.
 Waste:It develops and coordinates a range of programs to reduce waste,either by
encouraging material efficiency,reducing the generation of waste.
 Security and crowd control:Manage the control of crowds,the collection of
money,monitor the responsible service of alcohol and protect assets.
 Ticketing:The trade practices art applies to just about everything aspect of
any trade show,for example,advertising,price settings and transactions with
businesses or customers.
 Fireworks:State and territory legislation is based upon the National standard
for the storage and Handling of the trade show of dangerous goods and the
national standards for the control of major hazard facilities.
