Dear Sir,
We are pleased to submit our, Techno Commercial Offer comprising of Details, Specifications
and General Terms & Conditions of our PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDING STRUCTURES.
A. MANUFACTURING, SUPPLY & ERECTION: -
A.1 Scope of Work: -
We provide our esteemed clients with the most professional and reliable project
management, engineering, fabrication and construction services available to erect Pre-
Engineered Buildings.
A pre-engineered steel building is a building shell, utilizing three distinct product
categories:
Built-up “I” shaped primary structural framing members (columns and rafters)
Cold-formed “Z” and “C” shaped secondary structural members (Roof Purlin, Eave
Struts and Wall Girts)
Roll formed profiled sheeting (Roof and Wall Panels)
Optional Structural sub-systems are widely incorporated into Pre-Engineered Buildings,
and Provide functional, as well as, aesthetic features.
A.2. DESIGN LOADS:-
The building is designed for the following Live Load and Wind Speed:

C. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -
C.1.SUPPLY: -
I) Payment Schedule: -
20% advance along with PO.
30% of total supply value against drawing approval.
50% of total supply value against Performa invoice prior to dispatch after
inspection.
II)
Supply Schedule: -
On receipt of Client’s supply order, supply will be affected as per following
schedule: -
A) Submission of AB drawing, detail, reaction & Staad file within 10 days of
receipt of technically & commercially acceptance and advance payment
whichever is later.
B) GA drawing submission within one week from AB drawing submission.
C) 1 week for drawing approval from Architect/Client.
D) 10-12 weeks for fabrication & supply from final approved drawing.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUPPLY PART:
a) Joints : Joints and Splicing will be as permissible per normal engineering
&Splicing practice.
b) Custody : Once the materials are available at your site the same will remain
under your custody for safe and secure storage.
c) Variation Any changes and /or revision in the scope of Supply as stated in
the Offer may lead to a variation in price and the delivery period.
In case there is revision in scope, design or anything else after the
approval of AB Plan, GA Drawing & Design Report, the re-
engineering charges shall have to be paid by BUYER along with
any additional financial cost arising out of such changes or
revisions.
d) Specification : We reserve the right to change or modify the design as will be
Changes developed by our Engineering team (if applicable) to suit the
requirement at the time of executing the contract/order.
e) Changes After receipt of Design Drawing approval, if any changes are
after Design required from Client’s end then additional price will be charged
Drawing for modification or addition as applicable. In such cases, Customer
Approval has to provide adequate time extension for the same.
f) Approach : Approach road towards site should be strong enough to carry the
Road load of truck with materials; otherwise carrying charges of
materials up to the site will be on your account.
g) Warehousing : In case the buyer does not clear the payment within agreed
Charges period or latest within 7 to 10 days from the date of submission of
invoices, we will be forced to send the fabricated structures to a
chargeable Warehouse.
h) Storage of : You have to provide us storage facility free of cost for storing the
Material loose and small fabricated materials.
C.2. Erection: -
I) Payment Schedule: -
10% advance on Site Mobilization.
50% after structure completion on Prorata Basis.
25% after Roof Sheet completion on Prorata Basis.
10% after wall cladding completion on Prorata Basis.
5% after completion & final Handover.
II) Erection Schedule –
As per site civil condition. Erection, Sheeting & completionminimum8-
10weeks.(This is

Erection Schedule/Date)
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE PART:
a) Intervention : You have to ensure that no intervention is made by outsider /
unauthorized people during the currency of the work.
b) Accommodati : You shall provide space for Labour hutment with provision of
on water or a tube well and Latrine etc. for our workmen during the
construction work at site free of cost.
c) Completion : On completion of erection and sheeting work by our erectors, a
Certificate completion certificate is to be issued to them.
d) Free Issue : Necessary power to be provided by you at free of charges.
e) Civil : PINAX will provide load data for design of foundation to
foundation customer. Only dimensions of the foundations will be checked by
PINAX. The quality, grade and strength of foundation has to be
guaranteed by customer.
f) Appointment : Sub-contractor for labour supply shall be allowed.

C.3.Transportation charges

C5. Inspection-
For Fabrication- Inspection done at our works will be final & no claims will be
entertained after inspection by customer or 3rd party agency. Inspection charges will
be in your account if any.
For Erection-After alignment of structure.
C.6.Taxes and Duties: -
If there is any change in GST new Statutory Levies are introduced by the appropriate
Government (State or Central) at the time of shipment, such additional charges will
have to borne by the buyer.
C.7. P r i c e E s c a l a t i o n C l a u s e : -
The amount is subject to increase, if the cost of products increases. In the event of
such increases and upon written documentation establishing the extent of the
increase, the amount of such increase will be equitably adjusted.
C.8. Cancellation / Amendment: -
No order once placed can be withdrawn, canceled, Rescinded, altered or amended
for any reason whatsoever, without our written consent. In the event of our
accepting withdrawal of order, Purchaser shall be liable to pay us Compensation of
50% of the contract value in addition to be in obliged to pay for and collect all
materials equipment which have been put into manufacturing process by us.
C.9.Validity: -
Rates are validupto10 days from the date of submission of offer.
C.10. Jurisdiction: -
All disputes subject to Patna (Bihar) Jurisdiction only.
C.11. Force Majeure Clause -
On account of the situation beyond our control such as Fires, Strikes, Accidents,
Lockout, Labour troubles, Load shade, Electric Failure, Natural Calamities, acts of
god, acts of government, War, Sabotage, Riots, Civil commotion, Police action,
Revolution, Epidemic and other similar causes the necessary time extension would
be allowed to us and our request for reason for necessary time extension shall be
sufficient for the same.
