Our proposal is based on Standard Design Criteria, Material Specifications, Terms and Conditions of Sale and
Standard Panel Colors as per Standard. However, the overall dimensions and layout are in general accordance
with your inquiry.
Kindly note that we have tried our utmost to ensure that this proposal meets all your project requirements and
specifications; however, in some cases we had to make some assumptions, suggest certain deviations and/or
exclude some items that you may have requested. Therefore, we urge you to carefully review. Our scope of work
covers the design, engineering, fabrication, supply and erection of the Pre-Engineered steel building in strict
compliance with the standards and specifications.

SPECIAL NOTES
All down take pipe considered upto FFL.
M S Purlins & Girts, Sag rods, columns, rafters with end plates, purlins, girts, flashings, trims, eave gutters
& downspouts, hardware, sheeting fasteners, end lap sealant, bracing, anchor bolts and templates, are
included in offer.
Electricity & Water required during work at site shall be provided by client.
All leftover and scrap material and Machinery at sites, which belongs to and can be removed by us any
time.
If our work front not available from client end, then ideal mobilization / demobilization charges will be
applicable and schedule may be extended accordingly.
Doors, Fixtures, Sheeting Barricade, GI Strap of earthling conductor and MEP Works are not in our scope of
work.
Concrete embed plates or weld plate, civil, mechanical and electrical design and materials, foundation and
masonry design / work / materials, grouting of column are not in our scope of work.
Setting of Anchor Bolt – (Physical setting or fixing). M E will only check dimensional accuracy of anchor
bolt set out.
Any product or service that is not clearly specified in this proposal is excluded from Scope of Work.
All Column and Rafters make by (TATA , SAIL,JINDAL/ ESSAR ) PLATE @ (300-345) MPA Yield strength.

Above Cost are inclusive of ( Design ,Supply of Material, Paint application of Structure, Transportation,
Erection of Building, Crane and Hydra charge for Execution . And Taxes (18% GST ) .included.
The quoted price does not include any element of octroi or entry tax or any special state govt. tax. Any other
taxes and duties which are not specified in this proposal or any variation in taxes and duties as announced
by State / Union Govt. will be charged as actual at the time of supply and erection.
18 % GST Included in above cost.
Price escalation – In the event of change in steel raw material basic price over price prevailing on date of
quotation / order, the supply value would stand proportionately increased based on steel percentage price
increase.
PAYMENT TERMS & VALIDITY OF THE PROPOSAL
For Supply:
10 % Advance along with PO
50% against start of Fabrication work.
40 % Against R A Bill After inspection before Dispatch.
PROPOSAL
This offer is valid till 7 days from the date of issue. In the event of change in steel raw material basic price
over price prevailing on date of quotation / order, the supply value would stand proportionately increased
based on steel percentage price increase.
Handing Over
Sterling Infrastructure will hand over the building in full, or in stages, depending upon progress and safety
considerations, for the customer to carry out further works related to the building. The customer will not
occupy or put to use the building in whole or in part, without issuing a completion certificate in respect
thereof.
