Although some people perceive prenuptial agreements as unromantic or unnecessary, they are widely regraded as practical tools in modern American society promoting financial transparency, protect individual assets, and simplify potential divorce proceedings.

Even so, when approached with mutual respect and open communication, these agreements are instruments of foresight and responsibility.
