Job Responsibilities
1 Field visit (go out for customer support), if there is no request by the customer then must
attend calls at the office.
2 Field visits for Equipment installation and troubleshooting and all.
Day off is only on Tuesday but if in case no request on Sat/Sun then they standby at home.
3 Minimum 02 years experience with PLC programming, currently working with OEM engineer.

2 If used own two-wheeler actual fuel cost
3 If used own car per KM Rs.13/-

1 Weekly 6 days (Wednesday to Monday) 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
2 Weekly off every Tuesday
3 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday come to office. If there is no tech support visit
Saturday & Sunday Tech support visit. If there is no tech support, work from home on tech
4 Support phone calls
Holiday and Midnight Working
1 If working on public holiday eligible to get overtime allowance or comp off
If worked of midnight tech support after 10.00 PM to 2.00 AM next day first half day will be
2 comp off
If worked of midnight tech support after 10.00 PM to overnight till next day morning, next
full day will be comp off.
