Description: A complete technical report based on Matlab
simulations to test the understanding of the students
by applying the communication theory concepts,
showing the time-dependent signal inputs and outputs.
Corresponding weight: 20%
Corresponding ILOs: c2, d1, d2, d3
Duration: Across the semester
Group/Individual Group project with assignment based on the project
Assignment: discussion
Questions: Technical report: student should submit a report as
indicated in the report assessment document with a
detailed demonstration for the mentioned headlines,
no later than week 11. (10%)

Report discussion: each student will be discussed in


the material presented in the report, no later than week
12. (10%)

Assignment Marking Marking scheme is included in the assessments model


Criteria: answer.
Word limit: Not applicable.
Submission Mode: On-line submission to the BUE e-learning system will
be applied.
Marks Announcement: Grades will be announced within two weeks from the
submission deadline.
Feedback: Individual feedback will be given in the forms
specified in the Module Specs right after grades
announcement
Deadline: Report submission on academic week #11, discussion
will take place in academic week 12.
Regulations, All assessed work must conform to BUE’s Exam and
Plagiarism, and Assessment Regulations. Any student suspected of
Collusion: plagiarism, or collusion, will be subject to the
procedures set out in the GAR. Turnitin submission is
applicable with a maximum allowed plagiarism
percentage of 20% (not more than 3% per item).
