having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface

1.38 Supply and laying of 1.5mm thick TPO membrane manufactured using hot-melt extrusion process for
complete scrim encapsulation.The TPO is reinforced with a strong,polyster reinforced fabric center(scrim)
and a tough thermoplastic polyolefin compounded top ply and the bottom of approved make.The membrane
to have UV resistent top white color which has a very high resistent to weather agents and UV rays.TPO
membrane shall be plasticizer ,chlorine & pthalate free,and should exceed/meet specifications of ASTM
D6878.TPO 1.5RF membrane should be lapped and seamed using hot air heat welding equipment after
mechanically fastening the overlaps.The TPO membrane shall have following minimum properties
(i)Thickness:1.5mm as per ASTMD751,(ii)Breaking strength minimum 220lbf (976N) as per ASTM D751,
(iii)Elongation break of reinforcement >15% as per ASTM D 751,(iV)Tear strength 55lbf (245N)
