About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team, specifically
for software development projects. As a fresher Business Analyst, you will work alongside
experienced product managers, architects, developers, and designers to bridge the gap between
business requirements and technical solutions. This role offers a growth path into product
ownership for those who demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes, analytical
reasoning, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client & internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business
requirements for software systems.
Assist in creating detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, user
stories and process diagrams.
Assist in creating product roadmaps and strategies.
Perform secondary research and analyze market trends to maintain excellence in our
solutions.
Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood,
prioritized, and aligned with project objectives.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions to ensure timely and
quality delivery of projects.
Perform basic data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify potential
improvements in product features.
Prepare and present insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior
team members.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that business requirements are met before
launch.
Qualifications:
Education: BE or MBA or equivalent degree
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of web and mobile applications or a keen interest in digital product
development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
Familiarity with the software development life cycle and basic programming concepts.
Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
Familiarity with diagraming tools like Draw.IO, Visio.
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
