end-to-end unified platform adhering to compliance and regulatory norms. A unified platform for the Personal and
Commercial investors is built on AWS Infrastructure and Infiniti Intelledox tool enabling a single straight through
interactive interviewing process resulting in the reduction of 95% NIGO applications, improving the cycle time and
efficiency with 90% reduction in the manual processing.

reduce loss costs. The goal was achieved by re-engineering the existing Property and Casualty enterprise data warehouse
and adding four Data Marts to meet its data management, and reporting requirements.
