Jose Protasio Rizal Mercado y Alonzo Realonda ((1861-1896)
“Pepe” was the second son and the seventh child. He was
executed by the Spaniards on December 30, 1896.
Concepcion (1862-1865) “Concha” was Jose’s younger sister
who died at 3 years old.
Josefa (1865-1945) Panggoy was an epileptic and died
spinster at the age of 80. She became a member of
Katipunan.
Trinidad (1868-1951) “Trining” was the last of the Rizal children
to survive and dies as spinster too at the age of 83.
Soledad (1870-1929) “Choleng” was the youngest of the Rizal
children. Her husband, Pantaleon Quintero hailed from
Calamba.
