recently CROWDSTRIKE case demonstrated.

CLM. There was a human error which led to outage of security system leading to IT outage
which affected various industries all together.

services currently.

a longer period of time, generally over the years.

Disaster Recovery

CLM. We have a service called Disaster Recovery as a Service, in case your primary data site
faces any threat or any natural calamity, then your data will be stored safely in another site
which will be a DR site.
CX. How does it work?
CLM. Once you opt for this service your data which gets stored in data center will be
replicated live in another data center called DR Site which will be in another seismic zone.
In case any calamity or disaster occurs, and the primary data center site fails, then your data
which is replicated in another datacenter will come up thus maintaining a continuity in your
business.
CX. Will the data be up and live instantly?
CLM. Yes the DR site will be live within seconds with a certain amount of data loss measured
in time.
CX. Are you talking about RPO and RTO ?
CLM. Yes that is precisely what I meant.
CX. But why should I take DR service from NxtGen?
CLM. We have better RPO and RTO timing than most of our competitors.
CX. Ok I understand what RPO and RTO is but I want my RPO to be 1 min or less. Can you help
me in this ?
