1. By accepting the Purchase Order (the “PO”) or Work Order (the “WO”), Suppliers or Contractors are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions
of Clause 14.1: Indemnity, Gross Negligence and Insurance of the Part II General Terms and Conditions when attending on board Hong Lam Marine’s vessels. for and on behalf of:
2. For delivery of goods according to the PO,
(a) Vessel’s name and purchase order number must be clearly marked on the packages.
(b) After delivery, Supplier must collect all packages and cartons from the vessels for recycling purpose.

3. For WO, The Company shall pay the Supplier the actual amount incurred or the Amount as stated on the WO, whichever is lower. If the job description is
deviated, the Supplier shall obtain the Company’s superintendent’s confirmation in writing and the final amount shall be approved by the Company.
4. For invoices issued to the Company, please follow below:
(a) Requirements
- to issue two sets of invoices, two copies of signed delivery notes and two copies of PO/WO; and
- to state each relevant PO/WO number on the invoices; and
- to state correct bank details.
(b) Tax Invoice issued by Singapore GST registered company in foreign currency shall indicate the exchange rate for conversion to SGD.
(c) For delivery of goods, do not include GST on the invoices as the Company will endorse the vessel’s stamp on the invoices upon receipt of goods on board.
Failure to follow above may cause delay in payment.
5. The Company’s Part I Procurement Agreement signed with the Suppliers/Contractors and Part II General Terms and Conditions shall apply. Part II General
