Item Description

8 mm linear welding
Applying 8 mm linear fillet welding to all structural steel members at all heights including welding in continuous
or intermittent length/stictch welding as per drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with
including erection/removal of working platform, isolation of working area with all tools and tackles, necessary
consumables, skilled manpower, machineries, scaffolding at all heights & levels etc.Detailed scope of work is as
per Annexure-B

Cutting upto 10 mm thick

Cutting of Structural steel members up to 10 mm thick at all heights. It includes fabricating and erecting in
position the ms plate, angle, channels, flats, etc. including cutting in required length as per drawings or directed by
the Plant Engineer-in-charge with including erection/ removal of working platform, isolation of working area with
all tools and tackles, loading/unloading, necessary consumables, skilled manpower, machineries, scaffolding at all
heights & levels etc. it also includes cutting of material shall be shifted from contractor fabrication yard to
construction site and scrap/balance materials shall be shifted from site to Stores/Scrap Yard or to any
other place designated by Plant.Detailed scope of work is as per Annexure-B

Providing, Fabricating & Erection of Structural steel

Providing,Fabricating, Erecting and Aligning etc. for all type of structural steel sections at all levels as
per drawing/sketch/site instructions of Engineer-In-Charge including tools, tackles, cutting, drilling, welding,
tapping, bending, consumables, manpower, scaffolding at all heights & levels, loading, unloading and
transportation of structural steel from Plant store/scrap yard or any other area in Plant Plant premises to site. It
shall include all types of fillet welding in all welding positions including all thickness in full run or stitch welding
with new member or with existing structural sections as per strengthening requirement. It shall also include
returning of balance materials/scrap generated from new or old structural members including loading & unloading
to Plant stores or scrap yard or any other site area within Plant Plant as per requirement. All the Works shall be
completed upto complete satisfaction of Plant Engineer-In-Charge.Detailed scope of work is as per Annexure-B

levels as per drawing/sketch/site

class- B MS black pipe in one horizontal and one vertical at minimum 1.5 m spacing and 1.0 m high railing above

consumable, manpower, and making required fitting such as bends, elbow, coupling, caps and gridding
