duty, Registration & GST TAX payments immediately. Kindly ignore if already registered.

6. Kindly note Bank charges will be applicable in case of bounce/ return cheque & Rs. 2500/- will be applicable as penalty along with applicable taxes.
7. Kindly specify following details on the back of cheque/ DD: - Flat No, Project Name, and Customer Name to avoid any Unnecessary delay for credit to
your accounts.
8. Kindly comply with the TDS Provision 194 IA. (if applicable) : - 1% TDS has to be deducted from flat costs only and not from any taxes . After deducting
TDS a self-attested TDS certificate and TDS challan has to be submitted for TDS credit within 7 days from payment date.
9. In case the payment has already been made as specified herein while we are in process of sending this communication, Kindly ignore the same.
