TITLE: MEETING THE HYGIENE NEEDS OF PATIENTS-
RELATED COURSE: FOUNDATIONS OF NURSING
COURSE CODE: NRSG210

This tool is designed to evaluate the student’s competence in the application of the nursing
process, principles of medical asepsis while providing safe, individualized care for adult
clients in the clinical setting.

This tool was developed spring 2012, reviewed, September 2024.

This tool supersedes all other examination tools for the above clinical course.

The Department of Nursing reserves the right to make changes to this document at any
