SPTA PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. PROJECT TITLE: SPTA Board of Directors Polo Shirt Project

II. PROJECT PROPONENT:


School Parents-Teachers Association Board of Directors (SPTA)

II. PROJECT LOCATION:

El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental

III. PROJECT BACKGROUND:


The Supreme Parents-Teachers Association (SPTA) Board of Directors
plays a critical role in bridging communication between parents, teachers,
and school administration. To further promote professionalism, unity, and
identity, the SPTA proposes the provision of official polo shirts for its 45
members. These shirts will serve as a uniform that represents the leadership
of the Board during school and community activities.

IV. OBJECTIVES:
1. Strengthen Identity and Unity – To provide a recognizable uniform for
the 45 SPTA Board of Directors that fosters unity and identity during
school functions, meetings, and community events.
2. Promote Professionalism – To enhance the professional image of the
SPTA Board during engagements with stakeholders.
3. Boost Morale – To encourage pride and participation among the
members by creating a sense of belonging through wearing a uniform.
4. Ensure Proper Representation – To create an easily identifiable group
of officers that parents, students, and teachers can approach during
school events.

VII. PROJECT COMPONENTS:

1. Design of Polo Shirts


o The polo shirts will feature the SPTA logo, school emblem, and the
name and position of each board members.
o Color scheme and design will be agreed upon by the SPTA
members to ensure uniformity and professional presentation.
2. Procurement of Materials
o High-quality fabric will be used to ensure durability and comfort for
the wearers. The shirts will be custom-designed and manufactured.
3. Distribution
o Once produced, the shirts will be distributed to all 45 SPTA Board of
Directors in time for the next major school event or meeting.

VIII. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:

 The 45 members of the SPTA Board of Directors.

XI. EXPECTED OUTCOME:

1. The SPTA Board of Directors will have a standardized polo shirt, enhancing
their visibility, professionalism, and unity during school events.
2. Improved recognition and representation of SPTA officers within the school
community.
3. Boost in morale and identity among the SPTA Board of Directors.

XII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:

The SPTA President, along with the Project Committee, will oversee the implementation of
the project, ensuring the timely production and distribution of the polo shirts. Post-project
evaluation will be conducted to assess member satisfaction and the overall impact on the SPTA’s
community presence.

XIII. CONCLUSION:

The SPTA Polo Shirt Project will significantly contribute to the identity and unity of the 45
Board of Directors, strengthening their presence within the school and enhancing their professional
image. We believe this initiative will foster a more cohesive and effective organization, dedicated
to serving the needs of the school and its stakeholders.
