Summary of Day 5 - 05 Nov 2020 (Thursday)
Today’s session started with celebrating life for 2 minutes, by shaking your body, because emotions are
created and controlled only by superb positive motions. BSR asked everybody to be in high state of
motion.
BSR informed that every day he is getting thousands of great feedbacks.
There is no coincident in this world, there is only co-creation. Nothing happened by chance. We intend
to do and then only it happens. Say for example, is this being created by BSR? No, there are thousands
thing on to whom BSR is dependent to conduct this workshop, such as participants, internet,
electricity, etc. Anything can happen only when we drive our thoughts in that direction. Sometimes we
do not consciously understand about what thought attracts which event. Still, whether you understand
or not, the truth is that we get things, incidents only as per our thoughts.
Here are the three most important pillars of success are Sangat, Aadat and Guru.
1. Habits (Aadat /आदत)
2. Company (Sangat / संगत)
3. Coach (Guru / गुरु)
We have learnt that if you play positive music in front of cow, it will produce more milk. Plants grow
faster if you tell positive words to them. Even the most successful people and incarnated divine souls
(when God took birth as human being), they needed a Guru. Here are few examples:
Rishi Viswamitra was guru of Lord Rama
Ramkrishna Paramhansa was guru of Swami Vivekananda,
Tolstoy was guru of Alexander.
Jim Lacker is guru of Tonny Robbins,
And, here are the gurus of BSR.
At the same time you should have a Bench mark Guru. This is the person whom you model, whom you
perceive as your idol, whom you can copy and implement in yourself. Bring the person in yourself. If
you do so, chances are there that you become as successful as your benchmark Guru. BSR started
following Tony Robbins since last 10 years and now he has trained about one million people. There
might be certain differences with your model, but basic style should be same. You may have more than
one benchmark guru.
The Benchmark Guru for BSR is Tony Robbins.
Then BSR asked everybody to repeat the Affirmations as we did on 3rd day.

But from the Hindu sacred book “Geetha”, we learnt that we should not focus on the second line, i.e.
do not expect the result. Do your work and result will follow on its own.

Friends, most of the spiritual Gurus says, “What you have brought to this world and what would you be
able to take from this world?” But of you observe, all of these spiritual gurus work more than 15-16
hours a day and they all have millions and billions dollars.
Friends, you have to work hard, you have to improve your skill, you have to practice, you have to
implement those principles that BSR teaches in this workshop and then only success and miracles will
come in your life. BSR has worked diligently for 10 years and then Mercedes Benz came in his life.
Miracle happens and there are ways to attract miracles.
As we have learnt yesterday,
Whatever you can Visualize, whatever you can Vocalize, whatever you can Emotionalize, you will
certainly be able to Actualize. “V+V+E = A”
Through this process we co-create whatever we think, we visualize. You may not agree that mishaps
are not attracted by victims of those mishaps. But this is true. This is “Law of Attraction”. This is like
Law of Gravity, which is working universally even time before it was discovered by Newton. So, please
be aware of all negative situations. Act as a normal person, give your blessings and say “CUT, CUT,
CUT”. Get your mind out of those negative situations.
Again we celebrated to generate more positive energy.
Now let us understand the science behind “Law of Attraction”.
Even Lord Buddhha says, “Your thoughts are creator of your reality”.
Most of us know: E = MC2
That means Energy = Mass X Speed of light. How the mass moves, that is energy.
RULES OF ENERGY
1. As per quantum physics, everything in this world is pure energy.
2. There is only one energy in this whole Universe or in other words the whole Universe is made
of one energy only. It’s singular and there is no plural form of this energy.
3. Energy always vibrates (E = MC2) and it has some frequency.
4. Energy is not static, it’s always dynamic.
5. Same frequency of energy always attracts each other.
Say for example, when you go to university, or in your locality, we choose only few as
our friend. Why? This is because frequency of your energy and that of theirs are same.
6. Energy is something that cannot be created or destroyed, it can be only transformed.
7. One person can elevate energy of the whole universe and vice versa.
Now who is that one person? That’s you. You need to first be in control of your energy.
As an example when you bring palms of your both hands together you would feel a kind
of attraction between two palms. Now take another example. Take your right palm in
front of your face and tell “I love you” several times sand similarly Take your left palm in
front of your face and tell “I hate you” several times. After that keep your both palms
horizontal to ground facing upward and feel that there is difference of weight you feel in
each of your palms. That’s because of different level of energy is given to each palm.
In Mahabharata, Arjuna asked Lord Krishna, “Who are you?”
Lord Krishna replied, “I am in the light, I am in the darkness, I am in creation, I am in creation, I am in
destruction, I am in you and I am in everything and everybody.”
What is or Who is GOD
G – Generator – Lord Brahma
O – Operator – Lord Vishnu
D – Destroyer – Lord Shiva
They are the three different forms of same energy, so energy is GOD and in that way the energy within
you is GOD and hence you are a form of GOD. Friends, GOD resides in you and you must understand
that.
Story 1
Once GOD was getting bored and then he created flora and fauna. Then he created man with all
qualities like GOD. But men grew habits of going to GOD, requesting all their problems. Hence GOD
was not able to perform his regular work, not able to give time to his family, and so on. Now GOD was
confused, how to solve all the problems that man should solve themselves. He was searching a place to
hide. At this point, Lord Narada advised GOD to hide himself inside man because as per the nature of
human being, 99.99% of human will never be able to find you if you are inside them. Since that day
GOD resides inside each human being.
Moral - You may visit religious places if that gives you positive energy and positive thought. Friends,
going to temple will not solve all your problems, unless you understand that the GOD, the Power, the
Energy is within you. Once you understand this, then only you will start walking towards growth and
success.
Story 2
There was a priest in a temple in a village who used to spend whole day by prayer. He used to help
others whoever used to come to him with his knowledge and power. Once, flood came in that village.
Villagers asked the priest to go along with them in some other place to avoid drowning in flood, but
priest told them that GOD will come to rescue him. Later as the local boatman came and asked the
priest to go along with him in some other place to avoid drowning in flood, but priest told them that
GOD will come to rescue him. Then the state Rescue team came with boat, but the priest refused to go
with them stating that GOD will come to rescue him. Later when water level rose very high and priest
went to the top of temple, he found a rescue team has come with helicopter. But this time also the
priest refused to go with them stating that GOD will come to rescue him. So finally priest got drowned
and died.
In heaven priest asked GOD, “Why did not you come to rescue me?”
God replied, “I came 4 times, but you could not recognise me and hence you died. God is there in
everybody”.
Moral – God is present in everybody.
Where logic stops, magic starts. There are endless possibilities in this universe.
When life is low, negativity is all around, only one person can help you and that is you. Tell yourself to
get up and face the challenge. You have the power to change the situation by changing your thought.
Siddharth, the owner of CCD, who used to run the business of 11 Thousand crores, committed suicide.
It was probably due to absence of right thought process.
If you assume that a bottle of water is your one-day energy pack, then the TV programs, WhatsApp
Web, Newspaper, negative thoughts, etc. puncture this water bottle and you lose most of your energy
for non-productive activities. Preserve your energy and direct it for self-development.
Complainers cannot create and Creator cannot complain.
Let us all promise to ourselves that next one month I will never complain, and I will only appreciate.
Your Goal will walk towards you 99 steps, but you need to take one step towards the goal and that’s a
very critical step.
Say the affirmation - This month is very lucky month and I am very happy in this month.
