Project building
Design and build a dream house using caton (cardboard boxes) and calculate its perimeter,
area, and volume.

*Materials:*

- Cardboard boxes (caton)


- Scissors
- Glue
- Tape
- Ruler
- Calculator
- Graph paper
- Etc

*Instructions:*

*Step 1: Plan Your Dream House*

- Sketch your dream house design on graph paper.


- Consider the following rooms:
- Living room
- Kitchen
- Dining area
- Bedrooms (at least 2)
- Bathrooms (at least 1)
- Label each room and include dimensions.

*Step 2: Build Your Dream House*

- Use cardboard boxes to build your dream house.


- Cut and arrange boxes to create rooms and walls.
- Secure boxes with glue and tape.

*Step 3: Calculate Perimeter*

- Measure the length and width of your caton house.


- Perimeter (P) = 2(l + w)
- Calculate the perimeter of each room and the entire house.

*Step 4: Calculate Area*

- Measure the length and width of each room.


- Area (A) = l x w
- Calculate the area of each room and the entire house.
*Step 5: Calculate Volume*

- Measure the height of your caton house.


- Volume (V) = l x w x h
- Calculate the volume of each room and the entire house.
