NARRATIVE REPORT
Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC)
The 2024 Regional Schools Press Conference unfolded with excitement last April 9-12,
2024 comprises of 15 Schools Division of Region I with a theme “Pahayagang Pangkampus,
Buong Mundo ang Abot.” The Bayubay Elementary School served as a billeting school of
Schools Division of Ilocos Sur.
This year’s RSPC witnessed a convergence from every division, all eager to showcase
their skills and talents. Meanwhile, the opening program started at 5:00 pm last April 09, 2024. I
served as one of the master of ceremonies during the said program. The Schools Division
Superintendent Joel B. Lopez, EdD, CESO IV gave an inspiring speech to all the delegates for
the RSPC.
Nevertheless, all the teaching and non-teaching staff of Bayubay Elementary School
helped in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the school throughout the end of the
Regional School Press Conference.
