Central Govern1ment and to represent the Company before any officer or authority
dealing with these matter
(4) Toask, demand for recovery, receive or enforce payment, require, deliver or transfer
possession and to obtain or give and deliver possession to and from all and every
person, fim or a Company, Corporate Body or any authority or government
departments whatsoever
(5) To appear and attend before the concerned authority, the registrar, sub registrar, tax
officers, sales tax officers and/or any other authority, official or officer concermed for
and on behalf of and in the name of the Company and to admit execution of any
documents and to present any document for registration and do all such acts necessary
for completing registration of the documents and to file and present any document
papers, returns; revised returns, applications, petitions and/or to carry on any
corections, addition, deletion for and on behalf of and in the name of the Company

January 24, 2023, whichever is earlier, unless the power is sooner revoked and shall
automatically stand revoked on the date of cessation for any reason whatsoever of the
