** Special Pharmacy process:

a. Member to obtain their pre-authorisation and send it along with the below needed documents to any of our in-network pharmacies to
their corresponding emails and have either the medication delivered or picked up from the store depending on the available service
b. Or use the Yodawy App/Vezeeta App and upload the needed documents for a door-to-door delivery
(Yodawy/Vezeeta will be responsible for obtaining the pre-authorisation)

Required documents:
a. Valid Prescription with 1. member’s name 2. date 3. a clear diagnosis 4. not older than 6 months
b. Members can use copies of the prescription for the supply of chronic medications.
c. copy of Bupa card
d. copy of ID
e. Pre-authorisation letter.

2. At point of receiving the medications, the provider must check the customer’s ID

** Special Laboratory process (Al Mokhtabar, El Borg, Acculab, Grand Clinical& Alfa laboratories):
Bupa members send the following documents to the referred contact email at the laboratory call centre to request their services:
a. Copy of Bupa membership card and National ID.
b. Prescription (should have the member’s name and date with a clear diagnosis and should not be older than 6 months).
c. Pre-authorisation document (if member obtained it from Bupa).
d. Other reservation data (Date of birth – mobile number – address - referring physician).
After sending the above needed documents, the lab will reply to the members within 2 hours with all the required reservation details.
The lab will offer the member the choice of home visit or getting the service done at any of its branches.
