AUTOCLAVE VERTICAL • It is used for sterilization under saturated steam
pressure at any selected point between 10 to 20 p.s.i
(SUPPLIED WITH S.S. BASKET) (adjustable). These are double walled units with inner
chamber(Boiler) made of 18 S.W.G Stainless steel and
outer chamber is covered with S.S. Lid is tightened by
wing nuts/Radial locking system(As ordered). Fitted
with neoprene rubber gasket. All system s are
hydraulically tested up to 40 p.s.i , as a safety
measure. All autoclaves are fitted with standard
accessories such as water level indicator, pressure
gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve
and heating element. Supplied complete with S.S.
Basket ,Cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C.
Supply.

finished with oven backed enamel paints. Inner
chamber is made of thick stainless steel. The
chamber is absolutely leak proof and can be

• This is a double walled unit mounted horizontal on a sturdy,
AUTOCLAVE HORIZONTAL heavy mild steel tubular stand duly painted. Pressure is
CYLINDRICAL adjustable from 10 to 20 psi. Fitted with pressure gauge, safety
valve and steam release valve. Available with boiler. For units
fitted with S.S. Boiler, separate valves for injecting the steam into
the main chamber and releasing the steam in atmosphere after
use are provided. Hydraulically tested up to 40 psi. Automatic
vacuum breaker is provided to break the vacuum in case of
formation of vacuum due to steam condensation. Both Inner
chamber made of S.S. Fitted with a Digital Temperature
Indicator to indicate temperature, Automatic Pressure Control
Switch and Automatic Low Water Level Cut-off devices. Lid is
made of S.S. Plate provided with radial locking system. Without
steam jacket.

mantles . Radiation from the heater is directed upwards to a

• Flocculator has been specially designed for use in
FLOCCULATOR(JAR water treatment plants to correctly estimate the
dosing of alum and such other coagulants for

Vacuum Pumps are mounted on a heavy steel

ROTARY VACUUM The apparatus consists of an evaporating flask
rotated by heavy duty motor in a heating water
EVAPORATOR bath(optional). Vacuum distillation of solvent at
high and low temperature is achieved quickly and
(BUCHI TYPE) efficiently by use of a variable speed motor, which
prevents foaming and bumping of the
(VARIABLE SPEED) liquid(solvent) into the evaporating flask and also
distillation under controlled atmosphere. The
evaporating flasks is pear shaped to give a large
surface area of evaporation and is clamped to a
glass duct which goes through the drive unit and
protrudes about 120 m.m. into the condenser. The
condenser is fitted with standard joint at the
bottom for receiver flask. The unit is fitted with a
quick action jack.

ROTA MANTLE • Rota mantle is a combined mechanism in the unit of
magnetic stirrer is fixed beneath the heating mantle.
Rota mantle consists of 2 parts (1) Mantle and (2)
Magnetic stirrer. Magnetic stirrer is of permanent
magnetic type with a FHP Motor and horse shoe
magnetic. The two are mounted integrally one over
the other. Both are independently controlled with
single main supply. The motor and the
electromagnetic are protected in such a way that the
stirrer performance is not affected due to heat
produced by the Heating mantle. Other
specifications are same as per heating mantle.

• It is a double walled unit with inside made of thick S.S.
WATER BATH SHAKER sheet and outer made of M.S. Steel duly powder coated. The
pyramidical lid made of S.S prevents falling of condensed
water droplets on the specimens. Heating is achieved
through a immersion type heater & the temperature is
controlled by PID based controller with an accuracy of ±
0.5°C. The bath has an oscillating tray riding on ball rollers
oscillated through a geared variable speed motor. Shaking
speed range is between 40 to 140 cycles per minute. The
shaking tray can either hold test tubes or Erlenmeyer flasks
of 25 ml or 50 ml or 100 m or 250 ml or 1000 ml. as
ordered by the users. (Kindly mentioned the capacity of the
flasks while ordering). Supplied complete with one shaking
tray, paramedical cover, L‐shaped thermometer cord and
