-The poem tries to tell that we should start to take care of the environment. Our environment is our
refuge to survive in this world. As we take care of it, a beautiful future awaits.

2) As human persons, are we the ones to blame for the destruction of the environment?
- Yes, we are the only one to blame for the destruction of the environment. We are the special creature
that can only save our world, because we are far different from any other creature but we are making
actions that gives negative effects to our nature such as improper waste disposal, cutting down of
trees etc.

3) What are the causes or reasons why humans exploit the environment?

-In my perspective, the causes or reasons why humans exploit the environment is because of human
needs, which is true. However, humans are wanting more, they want luxuries that leads to greed and
they never know how to be contented. Because of this, different resources are consumed too much
and consequences are given.
