PARENT GUIDELINES
STUDENT DRESSING & HYGIENE
Wearing of fancy jewelry, fancy clips, nail polish, etc. are strictly forbidden in the school premises,
unless it is told for the special events.
They must always carry a handkerchief and should have a small napkin and spoon in their bag to
be used during snack.
Include fruits and vegetables in the child’s snack.
Check and trim the nails regularly.
Keep 1 pair of dress and a sanitizer always in the bag.
Girls hair to be plaited with white rubber bands , If short hair wear white hair band only.

GENERAL GUIDELINES TO PARENTS

Cover and label the text books, note books with transparent roll and submit it on the re-opening
day of the school.
Kindly fill the personal information in the diary.
Kindly send 9 passport size photographs for the class activities.
Label all the belongings of the child (school bag, water bottle, lunch box, etc)
The parent must counter sign any communication sent in the school almanac, so that the teacher
knows that you have read and acknowledged the communication. It is essential that the parents go
through the almanac every day and sign it daily.
Guide your child to write their homework regularly. Homework will be shared in Edumerge App
and Diary every day.
Parent should attend PARENT TEACHER MEET when informed.
Regular attendance will be appreciated.
Leave should be obtained well in advance through an application duly signed by the parents in
the school diary or in an A4 paper, which shall be forwarded to the class teacher.
Any kind of emergency leave , message can be sent through what’s app to the class teacher prior
to the class.
Phone calls to the teachers during class hours strictly not permitted, unless it is an emergency.
Request parents to avoid any communication with the teachers in the morning and during the
dispersal.
In case you have anything to be discussed, kindly wait till the entire dispersal process is done and
then approach the teachers.

NOTE : Kindly follow the reopening Circular for the Entry and Dispersal timings , procedure of the
reopening days., will be sent to you shortly.
Request to parents to abide by the rules and process of the school for safety and welfare of the
children. Looking for your cooperation.

As we commence another promising academic year, it is essential to lay a strong
foundation for our student’s growth and development right from the start.
Recognizing this imperative, we are thrilled to announce the commencement of
the FLYOVER PROGRAM, a cornerstone initiative of our academic calendar.

At the beginning of every year, NBGI meticulously plans for this specialized
course to bridge the gap between the knowledge and skills acquired in the
previous class and the expectations of the upcoming academic year. The
FLYOVER PROGRAM is strategically designed to provide our students with the
support and reinforcement they need to navigate seamlessly through their
educational journey.
The program is broadly classified into core teaching and hands on learning
activities for a period of 3 days of introductory program and 6 days of flyover
course program.

STEP – 3 - Go to the respective registration desk to

whichsection your child belongs to.

STEP – 4- Parent to sign in the registration entry

sheet
and mention whether parent pick up / School Bus.

STEP – 5- Hand over the child near the class room teacher in charge.

[Dispersal Process] –Afternoon

STEP – 1 Entry through gate No. 2

STEP – 2 Parents to wait in front of Vamana block as per time

slots.

STEP – 3 Parents to sign in the exit sheet and pick their child.

[School Bus Process]

Parents who want the school bus facilities should come down to school

➢ Fill the application

➢ Enroll the child by paying 1st term bus fees.

➢ The child will then be added to the list

• The parents have to accompany their ward on the first

day, till the driver and students get settled. [To show the
pickup and drop point]

• Any queries with the school transport parents need

to get intouch with their Transport in charge.

• Parent to be present at the pickup point and drop

point on the designated time given.

• Bus pass will be issued only if the payment is done.

Kindly note:
➢ Parents to adhere to the timings given in the morning
to drop your wards, and pick them on time during the
dispersal as well

➢ Parents to send one rough book, pencil box and all

the notebooks. Ensure all the note book must be
wrapped and labeled

➢ The teacher will give a diary note – on when the parents

need to send the text book.

➢ Send enough snacks, water, napkin & spoon.

➢ Send one set of extra clothes.

➢ Request parents to avoid any communication with the

teachers in the morning and during the dispersal.

➢ In case you have anything to be discussed, kindly wait

till theentire dispersal process is done and then meet the
teachers.
