V. Rationale
School libraries are essential for providing students with access to
information, promoting literacy, supporting research skills, fostering
critical thinking, and contributing to their overall personal and social
development. They play a crucial role in creating equitable and
inclusive learning environments that empower students to succeed
academically and in life. Hence, the repair of bookshelves, windows,
and procurement of tables in the library are necessary to maintain a
conducive learning environment. It ensures the preservation and
accessibility of library resources, creates a comfortable and focused
study atmosphere, and promotes collaboration among students,
ultimately enhancing their academic success and overall educational
experience.
VI. Objectives
1. To establish safe and secure learning environments to enhance learning
through the consistent implementation of policies, guidelines and
procedures.
2. Maintained learning environments that promote fairness, respect and
care to encourage learning.
