PROGRAM
OBJECTIVE:
The internship program aims to provide practical experience to
interns in the manufacturing industry, equipping them with skills
necessary for successful careers in this field.

The internship duration is four months,

ORIENTATION AND
INITIAL INTRODUCTION
Welcome by HR and management
Introduction to the company's vision, mission, and culture
Company policies on working hours, attendance, and leave.
Safety and health procedures (K3).
Tour of the factory, office, and common facilities (canteen, break room, etc.).
DEPARTEMENTAL
PLACEMENT
Interns are placed in departments according to their field of study and company needs
.Detailed job description and responsibilities are provided.
Each intern is assigned a mentor or supervisor.
The mentor provides guidance and answers questions related to tasks.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
The mentor provides a list of work that is given every day/every week, and supervises it
Specific daily assignments
Assignments should not be more than staff level (small projects, not large long-term projects)
Participate in assigned projects, working closely with team members to achieve project goals.
PROGRAM CLOSURE
Certificate Distribution: Presentation of internship completion certificates to all interns.
Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews with each intern to gather detailed feedback on their
internship experience.
Farewell: Assessment form from campus and take a photo together
