This course PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION 8 [Teaching Profession} has rooted to this principle If the
quality of education cannot exceed the quality of its teachers then the prime tasks are to build the
capacity of and maximize the impact of those teachers, individually and collectively that brought social
and economic changes that have arisen in societies and can be described as a professional occupational
group of education sector possessing social, cultural, economic, scientific and technological dimensions
in which this was based upon on the specialization of a certain field, teaching skills, didactics and some
certain personal characteristics that the profession requires.

Course Outcomes
COURSE GUIDE

At the end of the designed course, the student will be able to:
 Examine personal experiences, beliefs, and biases to determine implications for professional growth
and practice.

 Demonstrate love and commitment to developing learning environments and experiences where all
students must learn to understand and respect diversity.

 Portray an in-depth knowledge about the ways individual and group differences impact students,
families, communities, and society in order to identify implications of these differences for
professional growth and development.

 Model appropriate attitudes and teaching skills effectively to complete a successful clinical practice.

 Write insights and make realizations about You the Teacher as person in Society.
