In case of cancellation of a request by the customer, refund of payment will be made after a retainer charge of 5% of total amount
paid (not including tax). This refund will only be made on condition that the work has not commenced. Any cancellations will have
to be made in writing within 01 month of payment. The refund, excluding the tax component will be made by the ITI within 01 month
of notification by the customer.
In case of cancellation of a request by the ITI, refund of payment will be made within 01 month from the date the cancellation is
informed to the customer. The refund, including the tax component will be made to non-tax payers and excluding tax to tax payers
as a tax invoice has already been issued.
