Facts Applicant complain in the commission against her husband father in law mother in law and sister in law for torturing her for dowry Her in laws abused, beaten and threatened to kill her for the dowry and that her to accused her in false police case There were some witness Bishroo Nisad, Vishnu Nishad and others Complaint was being reported to the police station time to time but inspector they don't want to register the Case in police station due to their own negligence. Applicant requested to the commission to investigate the matter and tech appropriate action.
Proceedings
On Date 07/07/2017 a letter was sent to the superintendent of police
along with the copy of complaint and requesting them to send investigation report within 60 days to the commission. Report from SP has been received from C-8 to C-11, in that given report complaint of the applicant has been directed to sub divisional Officer Ambagarh chowki . In the investigation on date 10/6/2017 her complain was registered on Mohla thana crime number 59/2017. On date 28/6/2017 after preparing chalan number 56/2017 was presented to JME court AMBARGARH CHAUKI. A copy of C-8 has been sent to applicant to overview and request to send their opinion within 15 days to the commission Reply of the applicant has been received from C-13 to C-15, she said that against her husband father and mother in law case was prepared but case wasn't prepared against the main suspect of the case who was her sister in law Jyoti and requesting to look into the matter and investigate.
JUDGEMENT
THE HONORABLE HUMAN RIGHT COMMISSION CONCLUDES THAT
REGARDING THE SAID INVESTIGATION REPORT FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE WAS PRESENTED TO THE COURT APPLICANT CAN GIVE HER OBJECTION/ STATEMENT AND CAN YOU APPLICATION FOR MAKING ANY ADDITIONAL CHANGES LIKE ADDING ANY ACCUSED BEFORE THE POOR. THEREFORE AFTER SENDING THE COMPLAIN BY APPLICANT IN THE COMMISSION THE FIRST INFORMATION LETTER WAS REGISTERED ON TEN 6 2017 AND THE CASE OF PRESENTED IN THE COURT AS A RESULT OF WHICH ACTION FIRST TAKEN ON THE COMPLAINT ACCEPTING THE REPORT C15 OF THE SP . THE COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED
