It is respectfully submitted that the above case is stands posted to day for execution of N.B.W against the Accused, since last month the NBW against accused was not served and the accused is settled in Vijayawada. But the accused filed I.P NO: 128/2013 on the file First Addl District Judge, Krishna, Machilipatnam same is pending for evidence of the accused permitarly and posted to 27.12.2018,as such the accused may be present before the court on 27.12.2018 to give evidence in the I.P ,when the petitioner/complainant approached the police they state irrelevant contention and they did not take steps that the accused is in the house , even the complainant paid process on several times. the accused is settled in Vijayawada , even then the local police i.e. S.H.O I Town police did not move their little finger for execution of N.B.W against the accused. The complainant wonder around the Hon’ble court since last two years and the accused kept quit even they have knowledge that there is criminal case pending against her. Despite of vain attempts of the complainant the police not co-operated to the complainant either execution of N.B.W and complainant paid process on several times, vexed with the attitude of the accused the complainant desirable to take steps that to Appoint An Advocate Commissioner to executed N.B.W against the accused .Hence it is Just and necessary to the Hon’ble court may be pleased to appoint an Advocate commissioner to execute N.B.W against the Accused with help of 1TOWN POLICE,VIJAYAWADA to meat justice to the complainant.
Therefore the complainant humbly prays that the Hon’ble court may be pleased to appoint an advocate commissioner to executed N.B.W against accused in the interest of justice, Else the right of the complainant will greatly be prejudices.

It is respectfully submitted that the above case is stands posted to day for service of summons to the accused, in that the accused is an employee in M.P.P School in China Tadinada village of Mudinepalli Mandal, as such the petitioner already send notice to school address but it was returned with endorsement that address continuously absent to the school. Thereup on the petitioner/complainant send notice to the house address of the accused where he permanently reside but the said notice was also returned with endorsement that address left the village i.e. Venkatapuram village of Kalidindi Mandal,Krishna Dist. The petitioner/complainant take ever steps for service of summons from March 2018 but vain. The accused has been working in the very same M.P.P school as a teacher and has been residing in the very same house, but with a view to avoid legal proceedings he used to manage the postal authority who are well known to him because both are small villages. The petitioner/complainant has been paying process whenever the Hon’ble court directed her; even then the local police i.e. S.H.O Mudenepalli as well as Kalidhindi did not move their little finger for service of summons to the accused. The complainant wonder around the Hon’ble court since last one year and the accused kept quit even they have knowledge that there is criminal case pending against them. Despite of vain attempts of the complainant the police not co-operated to the complainant either service of summons to the accused and complainant paid process on several times, vexed with the attitude of the accused the complainant desirable to take steps that to Appoint An Advocate Commissioner to execute summons against the accused .Hence it is Just and necessary to the Hon’ble court may be pleased to appoint an Advocate commissioner to execute service of summons to the accused with help of Mudenepalli police or Kalidhindi police to meat justice to the complainant.
