Instruction to setup Office 365
1. Go to office.com, choose to sign in
2. When asked, sign in your email account
3. After signed in, you are prompt to install Microsoft Authenticator
App on your phone
4. On your phone, go to App Store (Iphone) or Google Play Store
(Android phones) to download Microsoft Authenticator App
5. After installation, open the App on your phone. On the computer,
click Next to go through the following screens until you see a QR
code shown on screen. Do NOT click next on the QR screen yet
6. Switch to your phone and follow the following steps to add new
account to your Microsoft Authentication app

7. Scan the QR code on computer screen using your phone.
8. Microsoft will send a sign in request on your phone. Tap Approve
to proceed.
9. Once Approved, you’re signed in and good to go with your
Microsoft 365 account.
